Mrs. Rachana Mukherjee
With over 25 years of leadership at CRSPL, Mrs. Rachana Mukherjee has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s trajectory in the aerial ropeway and material handling industry. As Director, she has been instrumental in expanding CRSPL’s footprint across tourism, urban transport, industrial logistics, and entertainment sectors.
Her strategic vision and business acumen have helped CRSPL achieve market leadership in India and innovate groundbreaking solutions like the patented Non-Linear Ropeway system for city transportation.
An MBA in Finance from the Institute of Modern Management, Kolkata, Rachana brings with her a robust foundation in operations, business development, and financial planning. She has previously worked with Hutchison Max Telecom in Mumbai and led a successful computer training institute.
She is affiliated with several industry bodies including ICC and CII-IWN, and has served as a sub-committee member of IAAPI. Beyond business, Rachana is a passionate advocate for social welfare, having served as President of the Inner Wheel Club (Behala), and actively supports initiatives for women and children.
Her contributions to entrepreneurship were recognized with the “Bangali Mahila Shilpodyogi Smarak” award in 2010.
