Mr. Kamal Kumar Bose is a seasoned engineering professional with an illustrious career spanning over five decades at CRSPL. Beginning his journey with the company as a Junior Engineer, Mr. Bose steadily rose through the ranks to become the Managing Director, thanks to his unwavering commitment, technical acumen, and visionary leadership.
Throughout his 50+ years of service, he has amassed deep expertise in aerial ropeways, material handling plants, process engineering, and coal washery systems. His hands-on involvement across every phase of project development—from design and planning to execution and commissioning—has been instrumental in positioning CRSPL as a frontrunner in the ropeway and transport engineering sector.
Mr. Bose holds engineering qualifications across Civil, Structural, and Mechanical disciplines, making him uniquely equipped to lead complex, multidisciplinary infrastructure projects. Under his guidance, CRSPL has successfully executed numerous challenging assignments, both in India and abroad.
A respected figure in the industry, Mr. Bose has also contributed at the national level by being inducted into the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) panel, tasked with formulating standards for aerial ropeway systems in India. His contributions in this role have been recognized and appreciated for their impact on shaping safety and quality benchmarks in the ropeway industry.
Mr. Bose remains deeply committed to innovation and technical excellence, focusing on taking CRSPL’s Design & Build vertical to greater heights. His leadership style combines deep domain knowledge with an eye for future-ready, sustainable engineering solutions.
