1.Non-Refundable Tickets:

Once you purchase a ropeway ticket, it is generally non-refundable. This means that if you decide to cancel your plans, you will not receive a refund for the ticket price.

2. No Show, No Refund

No Show Policy:

If a customer fails to attend the event, the ticket will be considered a "no show."

In such cases, no refund will be issued, and the customer will forfeit the entire ticket amount.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they arrive on time for the event.

3 Exceptions

Force Majeure:

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other emergencies that prevent the event from taking place, CRSPL reserves the right to cancel events.

Customers will be notified as soon as possible, and full refunds will be issued in such cases without any cancellation fees.

Special Circumstances:

Any exceptions to this policy will be handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of CRSPL management. Customers are encouraged to reach out to customer support for any unique situations.
